Thanks to my favorite Catholic gal, Cathy Hamilton (http://www.boomergirl.com/) for sending me this tip. I wrapped the ham in cheesecloth. Big mistake. Will I ever learn?
One of the biggest hits of my long party hosting career was serving honey baked ham on Easter to 10 fellow Jewish pals. The ham almost caused a riot as people fought to get their share.
