How I wonder where you are.
Up upon the throne I wait,
I can't seem to urinate.
When the tinkle will not come,
I sit here and feel so dumb.
I attempt to fill the cup.
Tinkle, tinkle, what is up?
Then the nurse says don't despair,
Shut your eyes, say a prayer.
You'll know when you have to go,
Think good thoughts and make it so.
In the bathroom I try hard,
But there's nothing to discard.
Normally I pee a lot,
Now I can't advance the plot.
I'm so sorry, I can't pee.
No more of this wait and see.
I'll come back another day,
Or I'll send my protege.
