The "Lost" finale provided some powerful moments, some "aha" moments and of course, some standard-issue "WTF" moments, but none sadder than this: After flicking the island light switch back "on," (nicely done, Jack), our wounded, Christ-like hero zigzags through the jungle, fumfers his way through a bamboo field and lands in the exact same spot where we first found him, six seasons ago. Yes, things have come full circle for the handsome, tortured doc, and I'm okay with that, I expect it. But then, they pull a move on the SJG. Oh, do they tug my heartstrings, inhumanely. They send in Walt's dog Vincent, a Dusty doppelganger, to snuggle our newly-redeemed surgeon, pre-departure to the sideways world. Jack shuts his eyes and dies and I think: Saddest. Ending. Ever.
